    I visited ooty at this hotel last year. I had booked this hotel thinking that its a 4 star hotel and should be the best in its category. I was also impressed by the guest list mentioned in the website of the hotel. The receptionist mentioned me that she is giving me the best of its category, valley facing room. But the moment I was shown the room, I was absolutely disappointed and immediately I knew that I am not...
